Mom was an adventure. She liked to shake things up and would go different routes just to explore. She was never a dull moment. I've always tried to carry that forward with my kids and was happy yesterday when nolen said that we always have adventures when we're together.

Nolen doesn't have as good of memories of bubbie as isaballe does so when he said that I smiled thinking that I am bringing him that shirleymom style of fun.
